Operations Manager

Part Time

20 hours per week

The Huntsville Ballet is seeking a friendly and self-motivated Office Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will interface with the leadership team, learn about and understand our brand and daily operations, greet parents and students, answer phone calls, aid in ticket sales and mailings, and interface with the community, 

 

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for and experience with the arts and understand who we are and what we do. Minimum high school diploma and three to five years experience.

Skills:

  • Technical familiarity with Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Salesforce or other Database program
  • Good communications skills both verbal and written
  • Professional interaction with clients
  • Patient with children
  • Works well as team member and independently, and is a self starter
  • Good organization skills
  • Grant writing skills a plus
